  • * Only one address can be registered for your Delivery Address. (Multiple Delivery Address registration is not permitted.)
  • • You can log in to pick up shop, Pre-Order and Collection websites by using the same member login ID and password.
  • • You have to log in to the corresponding websites every time as you place an order.
About Product Size, Specifications, Seasonality
  • • Japanese size and standards are marked.
  • • Japanese seasonality is reflected in product delivery (fabrics used, long-sleeve/short sleeve)
  • * Regarding product specifications
    Most of the Felissimo products underwent various finishing processes such as fabric dying and other physical and chemical treatments. Some products underwent vintage processing and got an uneven color. Color fading and changing might also occur. Please treat these as the styles of the products.

【Delivery System】

Delivery of pick up shop and Pre-Order products are separated from Collection products. We will arrange delivery upon receipt of your order.
(All items are sold exclusively online and are limited to stock)

【Designs】

Customers may choose the specific designs to order.

【Delivery Period】

pick up shop:Products will be delivered within 5 – 12 working days upon receipt of your order (if the payment is completed).
Pre-Order:It varies depending on products. Please refer to the product pages for detail.

  • * Apart from the product cost, all orders from overseas are charged with "shipping & handling fee."
    (Shipping/handling fee includes air shipping costs, local delivery, invoice fee, and other expenses.)
    (Please be acknowledged that the shipping/handling fee is calculated based on the product price, which includes the Japanese consumption tax.)
About Ordering

Please order after login using your Global Member ID.

  • * Items in the pick up shop・Pre-Order shopping system are all "online exclusive" and "limited stock".
  • * Your Felissimo ID and Group Number (membership number) for the Japanese market cannot be used at this website.
  • * Orders can only be made online.
  • * Additions, changes, or cancellations cannot be made once the order is sent.

About Delivery

pick up shop:Products will be delivered within 5 – 12 working days upon receipt of your order (if the payment is completed).
Pre-Order:It varies depending on products. Please refer to the product pages for detail.

  • • Your orders are delivered by DHL/EMS or Japan Post (small packet) without prior notice.
  • • The delivery means, date & time cannot be designated and there is no contact ahead of time.
  • * Although they are three separate systems, membership information is shared between pick up shop, Pre-Order and Collection systems.
    In general, we make delivery to the registered delivery address which you provided at the time of ordering.
    However, if you have ordered in these three systems by using the different addresses, and the products of your former order are not yet prepared for shipping, please be noted that the orders will be shipped separately to the latest registered address.
    (We do not accept multiple registered addresses.)
    * Shipping courier and method cannot be choosen.
Payment

pick up shop:One-time payments must be made on international credit cards, Alipay, or Tenpay.
Pre-Order:Only international credit card (one-time transaction) is accepted. Alipay and Tenpay are not accepted.

  • • Payment is settled in Japanese yen. Terms, exchange rate, timing, and currency exchange handling fee are set forward by the credit card issuing company.
  • • Once Felissimo determines your order amount, it will be charged to your credit card company. (Example: your order amount (– discount amount )+ Overseas Delivery and Handling Fee)
    (We hold credit of the purchased amount from the credit card at the time of ordering (we do not charge immediately after submitting the order). We charge to your credit card only after we prepared all the products.)
About Returns and Order Cancellations
  • • We will not accept cancellation caused by customers.
  • • Once purchased, no product may be returned because of the purchaser's personal preferences.
  • • If the item is damaged or defective, please contact Global Customer Service within 10 days.
  • • If the parcel has been returned Japan without any contact in advance, or it has been returned as any reason and we cannot reach customer for solution,the products price and shipping fee would not be refunded.
  • * Reimbursements could take as long as 2 months. The payment will be made to your credit card, Alipay, or Tenpay account.
  • * Please be aware that a difference in the invoice of credit card amount and reimbursement amount may occur at the time of settlement resulting in exchange gain or loss. We cannot be held responsible for return demand.
About the Currency
  • • FELISSIMO settlement is based on the Japanese yen, we provide the other currencies to make visitors have a quick calculation, but the prices in other currencies are just reference prices, rather than a final settlement price.
  • • In addition, please understand that exchange rates change all the time, the price limited the day's reference price.
About Customs Clearance Procedure and Tariff (Note: Important)
  • • Customs clearance on purchased items may differ by country/region, and you, the customers may be asked to pay tariff, other import taxes, and/or clearance fee. The customer is responsible for payment of these taxes and/or duties.
  • • Please pay the courier service directly at the time of delivery.
  • • Notice •
    For country/region which delivered by DHL, customer need to afford "DHL Advance Payment surcharge" when there are duties and taxes charged by customs.

  • * Felissimo may include free catalogs and gifts along with your purchases. Although they are declared to be ¥1 of value on the custom invoice, you will not be actually billed for these items.
    In such cases, the invoice will indicate ¥1 for processing purpose only.
  • * Please be aware that customs in some countries/regions may charge taxes and other surcharges on the free catalogs and gifts based on the value or volume of the package for the free catalog and gift.
